Here we provide a brief summary of the hotels that can be selected from the online registration system. The hotels have been chosen so as to provide a range of room prices and room types. All of the hotels mentioned here are within 5 minutes of the venue (Yamagata Terrsa). It is advisable to register early as some of the hotels have a limited number of rooms available. If rooms are no longer available, this will be indicated on the online registration system.

Hotel rooms can only be booked using the online registration system, and will require payment with a credit card.

However, before doing so you may wish to look at the various pieces of information provided in our downloadable files. A map showing the location of the venue and the hotels that can be booked via the online registration system is provided here (JPEG). The address, phone and fax numbers, number of rooms, check-in and check-out times, and English URL (if available) for each hotel is provided here (JPEG). The type of rooms and number of beds available as well as the costs per room and per person for each hotel are provided here (pdf).

I have noticed that a few of the hotel home pages contain small mistakes, and that sometimes the advertised room rates differ from those offered by us. However, please refer to the information we have supplied above.
