PRE-REGISTRATION

Given that this is the first INA meeting in Asia, we have decided to produce the First Circular much earlier than previous meetings. Clearly, many of you will not be able to commit yourselves at this early stage, but we would really appreciate it if you could send back this form by the end of October 2009. This would allow us plenty of time to react to your suggestions and choices, even though we are not planning to send out the Second Circular until March 2010. Please remember that this is not a registration form, and that some of the options presented here may not be available in the Second Circular, depending on your feedback.
