<Oral Presentations>

All oral presentations will take place in a large meeting room called eApplausef on the 3rd floor of Yamagata Terrsa (the venue). The programme will be organized into thematic sessions (see list of session titles on the 2nd Circular).

All talks should be given as Microsoft PowerPoint presentations, saved as 1997-2003 files. Speakers should plan to talk for up to 12 minutes, allowing at least 3 minutes for questions. All files will be checked for viruses prior to being uploaded into the dedicated conference computers. Files for use in the first session of each day should be uploaded 30 minutes before the session starts, while files in later sessions may be uploaded at the start of the preceding coffee/lunch break. Timekeeping and question time will be the responsibility of the two chairpersons allocated to each session.

<Poster Presentations>

The poster presentations will take place in the eFoyerf next to eApplausef. Posters should be in portrait orientation and made to fit poster boards 2.1 m high x 0.9 m wide. Pins will be provided by the staff at the registration desk. Sufficient time will be allocated to poster sessions to allow all participants the chance to see the posters and discuss the contents with the authors.

The INA13 LOC are pleased to announce that prizes will be awarded to the best student oral and poster presentations. Students wishing to be considered for such a prize, should put an asterisk (*) next to their name when writing the authorship of the presentations on the 2nd Circular form. Only students who have registered and are presenting talks or posters will be considered for a prize.
