APPLICATION FOR FINANCIAL SUPPORT TO ATTEND INA13

The INA13 LOC would like to announce that some financial support will be made available to students from any country (including Japan) and/or professional participants from developing countries. These awards will be on a tiered system based on the following criteria: 1) total cost paid directly by the individual; 2) prior support by the INA; and 3) participation in the conference through either a poster or oral presentation. Please note awards will not cover all of your expenses, but will help to reduce the cost of attendance. Award amounts are dependent on how much money we have available from donations, which are still coming in; currently we expect the maximum award will be approximately 60,000 JPY. If you would like to be considered for such an award, please fill out the following form before 9 April 2010 and submit to ina13@sci.kj.yamagata-u.ac.jp or as a fax addressed to Ric Jordan (INA13) to (81) 23-628-4661. Awards will be announced on 23 April 2010. If more money becomes available after this date, we may be able to increase the amounts awarded to recipients or to offer additional awards. In such circumstances, announcements will be made on the INA13 home page.
